Japanese Oshie

This is the project I did in an Oshie class. It's done by taking all these little tiny bits of cardboard, and then some not-so-tiny pieces of foam-board... stuff, cut in these shapes. You take the right pattern of washi paper and glue it on, usually wrapping some underneath the board so it sticks. (with the really small pieces, you don't have to do that.) Then you have to glue them on in a certain order so that all the right spots overlap. The next thing I had to do was tie those evil bows for her hair and her little bag. Then I had to tear off the paper of the background I had glued it onto, (kind of a guide for where to put the pieces,) and glue the girl down onto THIS background, which is much more attractive, ne?
It took about... 6 hours alltogether.
